Financial Supports the Operations Manager in achieving the clinic’s goals and objectives through operational excellence in clinic operation and patient care management. Strictly observes itemized protocol per treatment, and regularly disseminates these to all personnel assigned in the clinic. Initiates cost-saving interventions in the clinic in the areas of utilities consumption and waste segregation, and regularly contains all related expenses on account of predetermined budget levels. Ensures the achievement of predetermined machine utilization rates, and maintains appropriate manpower scheduling and deployment to support profitability. Supports other units in ensuring availability of consumables through accurate treatment number forecasting and efficient inbound logistics to after-sales support, considering clinical resources and financial impact. Reviews profit-loss statements and develops plans to ensure top-line revenue and bottom-line cost efficiency. Ensures compliance to agreed cash handling and billing processes and timely, accurate report preparation and submission per iPace controls and compliance policies. Ensures availability of funds for emergency purchases and other emergency situations. Conducts monthly inventory counts and reconciliation to SAP balances and Fixed Assets counts; investigates discrepancies and escalates as needed. Stakeholder Management Orients new patients on clinic operation, financial assistance options, and observed policies and procedures for dialysis treatment. Documents work standards and processes; assists in managing NephroWeb data to keep clinical and clientele information updated. Maintains external linkages with industry organizations to support benchmarking efforts. Empowers clinic personnel in decision-making affecting client treatment and ensures client privacy and safety at all times. Addresses potential problems during treatment and encourages nurses to offer customized alternatives for client requirements. Addresses customer complaints and private issues promptly; administers diverse interventions for clients with consideration of nurses’ role in treatment. Risk Management Reviews untoward events and implements corrective actions; reinforces compliance with global and local regulations. Regulatory Collaborates with stakeholders on new unit processes and local regulatory preparations; organizes meetings with physicians to discuss clinical/medical regulations; ensures licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements are met; trains staff on regulatory requirements and maintains documentary compliance; monitors permit validity and renewal timelines. Qualifications Must be a college graduate of any business-related course. Preferably with substantial management experience in fast-paced environments such as diagnostic clinics/medical settings, food service, hotel, or related industries. Significant hands-on experience in people management, profit and loss, inventory management, forecasting, AR management, and compliance.
