Whether guiding a new customer through their first implementation or supporting an existing client with advanced enhancements, you bring clarity, structure, and confidence to every project.

Your MissionYour mission is to ensure every Cloudsquare platform implementation and customer engagement delivers measurable value. You will lead discovery, translate requirements into actionable specifications, and support customers in configuring Cloudsquare to fit their exact workflows.
For new projects, you will guide customers from vision to reality, ensuring their platform is set up to scale and succeed. For existing customers, you will act as an advisor, helping them expand, refine, and optimize their system as their business evolves. In every case, your work will directly shape how lenders originate, fund, and service deals on Cloudsquare.
Your Goals- Lead Requirements Discovery in New Implementations
- Partner with new customers to understand their unique business models, gather requirements, and document detailed user stories. Ensure the delivery team can configure and launch the platform to meet both immediate needs and long-term growth.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor for Existing Customers
- Build ongoing relationships with customers beyond go-live. Understand their evolving needs, recommend enhancements, and work with the delivery team to shape the platform to their workflows.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, or expand customer workflows. Help customers adopt new features, integrations, and best practices that increase efficiency, compliance, and scalability
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with new customers, documenting business needs and translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Create and maintain process maps, requirements documentation, and configuration specifications for delivery
- Collaborate with the delivery team to clarify requirements, validate designs, and ensure solutions align with customer needs
- Act as the primary customer-facing analyst during implementations, ensuring smooth communication and expectation alignment
- Serve as an advisor to existing customers by recommending enhancements, best practices, and additional configurations to support growth
- Participate in UAT planning and execution with customers, ensuring all requirements are tested and validated
- Capture and document customer feedback for continuous improvement across projects and future engagements
- Support change management by helping customers understand impacts of new features, workflows, or integrations
- Maintain strong knowledge of Cloudsquare’s platform capabilities and how they align with lending industry requirements
- Continuously improve BA processes and documentation standards to ensure scalability across multiple projects
- Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customers, highlighting solution capabilities and alignment with business needs
- Perform end-to-end solution validation to confirm functionality and ensure system readiness prior to UAT
- Stay current with Cloudsquare product releases, understanding new features and assessing their potential impact on customer implementations
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in Salesforce projects, preferably with managed packages or complex Salesforce-native applications
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements for implementations, configurations, and ongoing enhancements
- Proven ability to create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation that can be executed by delivery teams
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative development including Flows, validation rules, page layouts, Lightning components and user permissions
- Knowledge of JIRA or other project management tools
- Experience supporting UAT and validating solutions against customer requirements
- Strong customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to lead discovery sessions and build trusted advisor relationships
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable breaking down complex workflows into clear requirements
- Ability to balance multiple projects, shifting priorities, and ongoing advisory responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills with both technical delivery teams and business stakeholders
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where customer needs evolve quickly
- Preferred: Lending industry knowledge or direct experience working with lenders, brokers, or financial services organizations
