Overview Thakral One is driving digital transformation for a telecom client using Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms. As Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that user stories and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and ready for execution. The Role Capture and refine business requirements into detailed user stories. Ensure acceptance criteria and test scenarios are defined two sprints ahead. Facilitate backlog prioritization with Product Owners. Support UAT preparation, test data management, and sign-offs. Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions. The Expertise Required Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile delivery projects. Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management. Familiarity with Salesforce or MuleSoft delivery environments. Proficient with Azure DevOps for backlog and test tracking. Desired Skills: Experience in telecom or enterprise CRM/integration projects. Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
