Rockstar is recruiting for a fast-growing US-based corporate housing startup transforming how companies and individuals secure temporary accommodations. The client leverages technology and a customer-first approach to deliver seamless, high-quality housing solutions for business travelers and relocating professionals. The client is seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join their team.
As an Onboarding Specialist, the selected candidate will be responsible for outbound calls and managing an email inbox to source rates and availability from suppliers, manage inquiries, and proactively identify and resolve issues. The ideal candidate should have experience in account management, outbound calling, excellent communication skills, the ability to anticipate what comes next, and strong multitasking capabilities.
Responsibilities- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with housing suppliers, ensuring timely responses and smooth communication.
- Reservation Coordination: Manage booking confirmations, extensions, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Client Support: Act as the first point of contact for new clients once they have selected a housing partner, guiding them through onboarding, addressing questions, and ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to move-out.
- Process Documentation: Maintain accurate records of supplier communications, rate negotiations, and booking details in internal systems.
- Issue Escalation & Resolution: Troubleshoot problems related to supplier availability, billing discrepancies, or client satisfaction, escalating to management when necessary.
- System & Data Management: Enter, update, and track information in CRM and property management systems ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and finance teams to support seamless onboarding and client transitions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor supplier response times, rate competitiveness, and booking success rates, providing feedback to improve supplier performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Assist in training new team members and keeping onboarding documentation up to date.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
