Overview The Publisher Engagement Specialist is responsible for building and managing relationships with online publishers, providing timely support and technical guidance to implement and optimize advertising campaigns. The role involves monitoring performance across programmatic platforms, analyzing data to drive revenue growth, and ensuring publisher benchmarks are met. Additionally, the specialist stays updated on industry trends, manages trading activities, and contributes to team development through coaching and knowledge sharing. What You'll Do Search, acquire and develop relationship management with key accounts who are online publishers in the Philippines Provide online publisher partners with excellent and timely service/technological advice to implement advertising Optimize, track, and analyze advertising performance and make suggestions to publishers to optimize performance Seek advice and conduct necessary communication with existing publisher partners on the network so that their performance benchmarks and expectations are met Ensure to meet revenue targets through optimizing, tracking, analyzing advertising performance, and making suggestions to publishers to improve performance Manage trades in multiple programmatic consoles with a deep understanding of campaign optimization strategy Keeping up to date with industry research figures and trends Collect and analyze sales and operation data Lead and assist in coaching, managing, and educating team members Who You Are A recognized university degree Good command of English At least 4 years of working experience, and 2 years in the same positions A keen desire to grow knowledge of how AdTech works behind the scenes Experience in Online Advertising, Google Advertising products, Ad Network, Ad Exchanges Good Excel skills and advanced proficiency in other MS Office programs Familiar with startup culture An analytical mind-set and methodical approach to working with data sets Client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues Good management/ leadership skills Detail-oriented, well-organized, with good sense of responsibility Excellent interpersonal skills Why You'll Love It Performance Review (2 times per year) Performance Bonus (1 time per year from 0.5-month to 3-month salary amount) Annual Leave: 15 days and other leave types Quarterly, Annual MVP Awards (prizes up to 5,000USD) Private Health Insurance MacBook to be provided Good chance to explore new trends in the digital market Opportunity to learn and work with the most advanced advertising technology platforms Work in a professional, active, international, and dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
