Responsibilities Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance. Provide value beyond calculation by addressing financial issues within the respective department and shaping the approach used. Providing analysis and delivering insights that link financial reports to business strategies. Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered. Identify opportunities and risks in current financial models. Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams. Month-end Reporting & Financial Analysis: Track and analyze financial data, cost drivers and performance metrics, and engage stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. Budgeting and Forecasting: Drive annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, including financial modeling. Collaborate with department heads to ensure budgets align with strategic goals and provide guidance on cost control and resource allocation. Developing models and performing data organization and logic-based forecasting in tools such as Google Sheets. Performance Reporting: Deliver regular financial reports to business units, highlight variances from budgets and forecasts, and provide actionable insights to improve performance. Financial Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to develop long-term financial plans and scenario analyses for growth, cost reduction, or market changes. Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and work with business units to implement initiatives without compromising essential operations. Strategic Decision Support: Provide financial insights to assist in strategic decision-making such as market expansion, product launches, or mergers and acquisitions; help evaluate financial implications of strategic options. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with department heads, managers, and stakeholders to act as a trusted advisor across functions. Continuous Improvement: Seek ways to improve financial processes and the efficiency of financial operations. Ad hoc finance projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand cost drivers and translate results into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills to engage with the leadership team. CPA or CFA certification preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably in multinational corporations, with experience in KPI dashboards and financial modeling. Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting; background in BPO or service industries is preferred. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Team player; proactive, self-starter, able to prioritize tasks and multi-task. Hybrid work arrangement in Pasay Office. Analytics or Data Science certifications are a plus, not required. Experience with zero-based budgeting is preferred.
