The Asia Pacific (APAC) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team are integral part of APAC Finance working with internal and business stakeholders. We focus on supporting the business through financial planning, management reporting, and business analysis. Finance > Finance APAC > Business Performance Management Responsibilities As a Finance Business Partner, Management Reporting, you will be working alongside different finance teams and business departments, providing financial information, developing tools/reports, and providing analysis that will facilitate informed decisions and steer business strategy. Develop and maintain management reports/dashboards across business areas through automation, simplification, and standardization Support BPM teams in preparation of reports for Monthly Financial Reviews Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes Engage with Group functions and other regions to source alignment and best practices Creation and maintenance of the Regional Reporting Catalogue Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field Experience in Management Reporting, P&L Analysis, and business performance management will be an advantage 3-5 years of working experience in an international environment Takes initiative and is self‑motivated; someone effective at functioning in complex, demanding settings Flexibility and accountability, with occasional short timelines and/or tight deadlines We expect that you have: Solid communication and analytical skills Good collaboration skills and focused on completing tasks efficiently Committed to outcomes with a willingness to consider diverse perspectives Reputation to complete your tasks with great accuracy and detail orientation Business-oriented and international mindset Open to exploring new opportunities while willing to learn What we offer We offer you an engaging role with great professional and personal development opportunities in an inspiring, progressive, international work environment at an established manufacturer of wind turbines.
