Job Summary The Corporate Development Officer plays a key role in acquiring new clients, driving sales growth, and expanding the company’s presence in IT Managed Services. The position involves both client engagement and field work, as well as supporting marketing efforts through social media and data-driven sales strategies. The successful candidate will have experience in IT sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to communicate the value of technical solutions in a business context. Key Responsibilities Engage, onboard, and manage new clients, coordinating closely with internal teams for smooth implementation. Conduct client visits, meetings, and presentations to promote IT Managed Services solutions (such as network support, cybersecurity, cloud services, and system maintenance). Plan and execute communication and social media initiatives to help generate leads and increase brand awareness. Meet business development goals in line with the company’s growth plans. Identify and pursue new opportunities within the IT Managed Services market. Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals that match client needs. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights for management review. Utilize data and client feedback to enhance strategies and improve overall sales performance. Qualifications Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in IT Managed Services or IT solutions sales. Background in client acquisition, negotiation, and account management. Familiar with IT services such as: Network monitoring and management Cybersecurity and data protection Cloud solutions (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) Technical support and infrastructure management Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM or sales tracking tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willing to report onsite (Alabang) three days per week and conduct client visits when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
