Job Overview We’re looking for a highly skilled Automation Specialist to support global finance operations. This role is part of a major Automation and Innovation initiative , aimed at standardizing and streamlining existing reports and dashboards for Compensation & Benefits Accounting. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement automated tools using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI), RPA UiPath, ServiceNow, or other automation tools. Build intuitive dashboards for real-time operational insights. Enhance existing automation tools and support continuous improvement efforts. Provide exception handling and technical support for system errors encountered by the team. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Computer Engineering, or related field. 2–3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a shared services or BPO setup. Basic understanding of finance and accounting processes. Strong background in automation development and deployment. Proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps. Experience with macros and VBA scripting. Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus. Other Details Shift – Mid Shift Location: Paranaque (Client has a relocation plan by 2026 to BGC Taguig so candidates must be available to report in the said location) The client prefers candidates who can start ASAP or 15 days upon selection.
