We’re looking for a reliable person to work as a Training and Quality Specialist to help new remote team members get started. This is a crucial job—you’ll be the main person making sure new contractors are ready to meet our quality standards during their first paid project. Independent Contractor – You set your own hours and methods; your success is judged only by the results you deliver. What You’ll Do (Main Tasks) 1. Training and Support Run Sessions: Lead helpful training and guidance sessions for new contractors. Explain Rules: Provide clear explanations and show them exactly how to do the work and what the rules are. Be the Contact: Serve as the first person new team members contact for questions via Discord and other tools. Give Help: Quickly notice and assist anyone who is struggling or needs extra support. 2. Checking Work Quality Review Submissions: Carefully check the work that new contractors submit to ensure it meets our high quality standards. Give Feedback: Write clear, useful feedback to help them quickly fix mistakes and improve. Track Performance: Monitor contractor performance and report any major problems right away. 3. Management and Paperwork Handle Files: Manage and send out the project files and materials to the new contractors. Track Progress: Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and each contractor’s progress. Create Reports: Compile daily and weekly reports on new team members’ performance for leaders. What You Need to Be a Good Fit Experience: You should have experience helping, training, or supervising others. Communication: Great at speaking and writing clearly, simply, and patiently. Organized: Excellent at managing your time and organizing many different tasks. Tools: Very comfortable using Discord and other online team tools. Mindset: You must be patient, encouraging, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting. Seniority level: Associate. Employment type: Full-time. Job function: Administrative.
