Overview On-site - Makati | 1-3 Yrs Exp | Bachelor | Full-time The Office / Site Engineer provides technical and administrative support to project teams to ensure work complies with engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions; troubleshoots engineering-related problems. Documents project issues/conditions and maintains organized and detailed project records. Responsibilities Assist in project planning and scheduling to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Oversee construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved plans and specifications Monitor and inspect construction progress to identify and address any discrepancies Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of construction activities Monitor project costs and expenses, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to the budget Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest alternatives to reduce expenses without compromising quality Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, equipment, and supplies Manage inventory and ensure that adequate resources are available for project execution Identify and resolve technical and logistical issues that may arise during construction Provide regular updates and progress reports on project status, milestones, and issues Qualifications Graduate of Civil Engineering At least 1 year of work experience in the same capacity and/or in the same industry Strong understanding of project management and construction; ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment Excellent oral and written communication, organizational skills; high sense of confidentiality and integrity; attention to detail; resourceful, creative, and analytical Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications Working Location On-site (Makati) Note If the position requires overseas work, be vigilant for fraud.
