Network Technical

Overview The role We are seeking an experienced Network Technical Specialist to join our team on a contract basis for a short-term project. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computer network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Responsibilities Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls Implementing network security measures and protocols to protect against cyber threats Performing regular system updates, patches, and backups to maintain network integrity Collaborating with the IT team to identify and resolve network-related issues Documenting network configurations, troubleshooting processes, and maintenance activities Providing technical guidance and support to end-users as needed What we're looking for 3-5 years of experience in a network technical support or administration role Strong understanding of network protocols, technologies, and best practices Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices from leading vendors Familiarity with network security practices, including firewall management and intrusion detection Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve network-related issues Effective communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in a contract-based or project-driven environment is preferred What we offer At C2 Computer Technology Limited, we are committed to providing a dynamic and supportive work environment.
