Engineering Specialist

Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of healthcare IT projects, including new digital platforms and emerging technologies.

Manage IT systems operations such as contract renewals, compliance tracking, and process documentation.

Assist in system enhancements, change requests, and user acceptance testing for hospital applications.

Coordinate with Client's IT team and vendors to resolve system issues and ensure service continuity.

Prepare guides, SOPs, and training materials to support user adoption.

Oversee MDOTS compliance, IT RA deviations, and manage contracts lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals or terminations.

Carry out Software/Application preventive maintenance according to schedule by clear time planning and making appointments with specific customers.

Maintain proper records of system history by customer and department both at site and in-house records.

Prepare job sheets, seek customer's approval/confirmation, and ensure timely job sheet closure to speed up billing processes.

Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and risk management processes.

Plan and coordinate with customers/end-users to reduce time and resource wastage, and communicate professionally with internal and external customers.

Aim to create a competitive advantage by adding value to the organization through building strong relationships with biomedical engineers in key accounts.

Minimum Diploma in Electronic Engineering/Biomedical Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science.

At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in a hospital environment or IT/MedTech firm.

Strong engineering, IT, and networking knowledge.
