Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Coordinator to join our finance team. This role is crucial in supporting day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring smooth billing and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical accounting skills with excellent organizational abilities and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare, review, and reconcile invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Support payroll processing and compliance checks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
  • Generate financial reports and support audits as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in financial workflows.
  • Monthly and annual budgeting
  • Forecasting and projections of revenue and expenses
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, accounts coordination, or finance support.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
