Marketing Data Operations Analyst

Location: Tanauan, Batangas

Job Description

  • Extract and retrieve structured data from SAP using defined TCodes.
  • Clean, transform, and organize data for upload to internal report servers and dashboards.
  • Run and interpret basic SQL queries for data validation and reporting purposes.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.) to manipulate and analyze datasets.
  • Document workflows, TCodes used, and key data handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data delivery aligns with business needs.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies or anomalies, escalating when necessary.
  • Follow established data governance standards and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
  • Adheres to and participates in all EH&S practices and standards across the site, including proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure safety and wellbeing.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Up to 3 years of experience in a data-focused role, such as internships, contract work, or junior-level positions in data analysis or ERP support.
  • Some exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred but not required — training will be provided.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data formatting techniques.
  • Basic SQL knowledge to retrieve and validate structured data from databases.
  • Ability to clearly document processes and communicate findings with team members.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Exposure to SAP environments or familiarity with SAP transaction codes (TCodes).
  • Understanding of ETL concepts or data integration workflows.
  • Basic scripting or automation experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell, VBA).
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.
  • Hands-on training in SAP data extraction, processing, and reporting.
