Role description:This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally. Role accountabilities Achieves project objectives as defined for each project via project appraisals, including collection and analysis of data, development of design solutions, and development of written reports. Project Planning – Act as a project resource, completing allocated activities to meet budget, timeframe, and quality objectives and meeting or exceeding client expectations. Project Delivery – Identify information sources and collect data to support project delivery. Analyse data and develop design solutions. Project Development – Contribute to and progress the development of ideas and offer alternative solutions to advance the project. Quality – Review work carried out to ensure that it meets specified standards. Networking/ Client Focus – Liaise with PM/TL and client to ensure effective communication on project matters. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Knowledge of additional software such as 3D modelling or 3D VR computer skills. 3 to 5 years of related architectural experience and minimum of 1 year experience in Healthcare. Advanced technical drafting and modelling skills. Demonstrates design capability and applied Healthcare sector experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent time management skills, Effective technical, project management, client relationship management and commercial skills. Proficiency in computer applications, visualization, and communication tools commonly used within own applicable disciplines, such as Revit (at least intermediate), SketchUp, and Creative Suite.
