Overview Back End Software Developer - 3 months Contract-Based Employment (C#/.NET) at GoTeam . Location: Cebu City | Work from Home | Night Shift (11 PM–8 AM PH Time). Salary: Up to ₱150K Base + Work From Home setup + Free AI Certification. Responsibilities Lead and participate in the design and implementation of new software products using Visual Studio. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance. Mentor junior developers, provide guidance, and foster professional growth. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, with a track record in new product development and maintenance of existing applications. Strong expertise in C# .NET, MVC 5, and SQL databases. Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex software challenges. Strong communication and teamwork skills; experience with Agile development methodologies.
