Sr Quality Evaluator 07N25 – TALENTMATE Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Evaluator (07N25) to join our team and lead the charge in maintaining superior quality standards across our operations. In this position, you will assess product quality, analyze performance metrics, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with various departments to develop and implement comprehensive quality control strategies and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You are expected to have a keen eye for detail, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills to document findings and present actionable improvement plans. Responsibilities Lead assessment and evaluation of product quality across manufacturing processes. Design and implement effective quality control protocols to ensure compliance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and address quality issues. Compile detailed quality reports and present them to senior management. Develop training materials and conduct sessions on quality standards and practices. Monitor performance metrics and propose continuous improvement strategies. Ensure all products meet company and industry regulations before market releaseli> Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality assurance processes. Act as a point of contact for quality‑related inquiries and problem resolution. Stay informed on industry trends to keep quality practices up‑to‑date. Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance quality evaluation. Lead root cause analysis investigations to identify and mitigate defects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field. At least five years of experience in a quality evaluation or assurance role. Strong knowledge of industry regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex quality concepts effectively to various audiences. Proven track record of leading quality improvement initiatives successfully. Proficiency with quality assessment tools and software applications.
