We’re looking for a Change Management Analyst to join our Segment Change Management team at MBPS. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate changes within a controlled IT environment. You will be responsible for assessing risk, evaluating change impact, ensuring resource alignment, and facilitating the authorization of Change Records.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess all change requests for risk and impact.
  • Ensure all processes, including process changes, adhere to Change Management documentation standards for completeness, consistency, and policy compliance.
  • Manage multiple change cycles supporting various business initiatives.
  • Facilitate weekly Segment Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
  • Collaborate with business units, IT groups, and vendors to mitigate risks and resolve conflicts.
  • Track and report all changes to the system environment.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to promote change awareness.
  • Represent the segment in global and local meetings, demonstrating expertise in Change Management practices.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve issues to prevent incidents and problems.
  • Collaborate with Incident, Problem, Release, and CSI teams to improve processes.
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain Change Management processes, procedures, and tools.
  • Amenable to work at Ayala Technohub (Quezon City).
  • Amenable to a hybrid setup (3x onsite per week).
  • Amenable to work from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 3 pm HKT, with flexibility for night meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • University degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of client/server infrastructure and applications; Mainframe experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of Networks, file servers, desktops, IVR systems a plus.
  • Knowledge of Change Management practices, Configuration Management, Release Management, ITIL or other best practices (essentials).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated, proactive, with strong initiative.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • 2–3 years of experience in change management within a complex, multi-vendor IT environment.
  • Proven ability to define, document, and manage change processes.
  • Experience with multi-sourced or outsourced IT environments.
  • Proficiency with Change Management tools, especially ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of relational databases and Configuration Management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to various audiences.
  • Broad knowledge of enterprise system platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
