As a member of the R2R FAH Team, the R2R LN Manager will be accountable for delivering efficient and effective operations of all R2R processes for the LN division in scope to high quality standards that meet/exceed key objectives and service levels.

The R2R Manager is expected to be the business partner for business units. Responsible for coordinating the resolution of accounting issues and ensuring that the global processes for R2R are met. Responsible for all aspects of accounting for sets of books as assigned.

The R2R LN GFSS Department is responsible for:

  • Ensuring the efficient and effective processing, integrity, and reporting of all General Ledger transactions and the close process at the end of each calendar period
  • Conducting P&L reviews with stakeholders
  • Ensuring that all account reconciliations, SOX Controls, Accounting Controls, and Compliance requirements are met and delivered in accordance with company standards and timelines.

Accountabilities include:

Service delivery:

  • Managing performance of the LN R2R team in REPH to agreed outcomes.
  • Agreeing on periodic targets on KPIs and SLAs with Onshore Finance leaders and GPO.

R2R processes and systems compliance:

  • Managing the team in the delivery of labour and other overheads, balance sheet reconciliations, REMIS/REQIS reporting, Cashflows, Intercompany Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.
  • Ensuring all entries are posted to the general ledger in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintaining strong internal controls and ensuring accounting policies and procedures are adhered to.

Relationship Management:

  • Managing the relationship and service level management with Onshore teams.
  • Managing escalations for R2R team, internal and external customers, and stakeholders & employees.

People Management:

  • Managing R2R teams consisting of around 40 people, developing annual objectives, succession planning, and cross-training.
  • Responsible for allocating tasks/duties within the team and ensuring cohesive team working.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder in Accounting, CPA, with 5-10 years of work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Managerial experience.
  • Good English communication skills required.
  • Experienced in managing large teams to excellence.
