We’re on the lookout for a dedicated professional who can drive the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for potential, and experience using various recruitment platforms and strategies.

Location: Davao City, Philippines

Working Hours: 4PM to 1AM, Monday to Friday

NIGHT SHIFT ONLY

Working Location: ONSITE ONLY

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job postings.
  • Source candidates through online platforms, social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.
  • Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment best practices is a plus.
  • Willing to work onsite in Davao City, night shift schedule (8PM–5AM).
