Inbound / Outbound Controller

Duties and Responsibilities: Inbound Operations: Monitor all incoming deliveries (raw materials, parts, or finished goods). Verify accuracy of received items against purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices. Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing, and warehouse staff regarding delivery schedules and discrepancies. Ensure proper documentation of inbound transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP. Oversee unloading, inspection, and proper storage of incoming materials. Ensure that all inbound activities comply with safety and quality procedures. Outbound Operations: Plan, schedule, and monitor dispatch of goods based on delivery orders or customer requirements. Validate outbound documentation (sales orders, delivery receipts, gate passes). Coordinate with logistics and transport teams for on-time delivery. Ensure accuracy of items picked, packed, and loaded. Record and monitor stock movements in the system. Conduct final checking of quantity, batch number, and product condition before release. Inventory & Reporting: Maintain updated and accurate records of stock movement and warehouse transactions. Support periodic physical inventory counts and reconciliation. Generate daily or weekly reports on inbound/outbound performance and variances. Report any discrepancies, damages, or operational issues to the Warehouse Supervisor. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or any related course. Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control (preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment). Experience handling inbound and outbound operations is required. Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and coordination skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage. Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Able to work with minimal supervision under time pressure. Other Requirements: Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules. Physically fit and able to handle warehouse work environment.
