The Business Intelligence Officer reports directly to the Training and Quality Manager and also works closely with the Head of Service Delivery to ensure that all efforts align with the companys overall strategy. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute a business intelligence strategy that supports company goals Set data standards, reporting rules, and quality checks while ensuring data privacy and security compliance Lead and mentor a team of analysts, developers, and data engineers Promote a data-driven culture through training and collaboration across departments Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver custom solutions Manage the design and upkeep of data storage systems and pipelines Select and implement business intelligence tools to optimize performance and scalability Create and maintain dashboards and reports that turn complex data into clear insights for decision-makers Automate reporting processes to save time and reduce errors Perform detailed data analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Support forecasting and predictive modeling to aid strategic planning Oversee projects from start to finish, balancing urgent requests with long-term goals Communicate results and progress effectively to senior leaders Job Qualifications Bachelors degree in IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy roles Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools Solid hands‑on experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and reports Proven leadership skills in managing BI teams and driving projects to completion Good understanding of basic computer operations and programming concepts Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills to effectively present insights to stakeholders Deep technical knowledge relevant to the business domain and data environment We Offer Competitive salary package Life Insurance on Day 1 HMO with free dependent Paid leave credits Other Details Work Setup: 100% Onsite Work Schedule: Candidates must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends, as needed.
