Responsibilities
  • Drive business opportunities in housing and community development nationwide.
  • Build and expand the project pipeline through strong partnerships with developers, landowners, government agencies, and financiers.
  • Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with clients, developers, and institutional partners.
  • Support marketing and branding efforts to strengthen visibility and generate leads.
  • Identify and pursue new housing and development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies.
  • Lead negotiations and align external partners with company objectives and timelines.
  • Work with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless handover from business opportunity to execution.
  • Monitor project timelines and quality, ensuring commitments are met.
  • Conduct site visits to track progress and resolve delivery issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine housing and construction regulations.
  • Provide clear direction to project and business teams.
  • Mentor team members to build capability in business development and delivery.
  • Coordinate with Singapore HQ to ensure alignment on strategy, reporting, and cross-border initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, construction, or project execution, ideally in real estate, housing, or community development .
  • Strong background with top construction firms or real estate developers in the Philippines; familiarity with local regulations and market dynamics is essential.
  • Exposure to international projects or standards, with ability to adapt global best practices to the local context.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead Filipino teams with strong cultural understanding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills in both English and Filipino.
