Overview

This position is responsible for auditing and reviewing the San Miguel Group’s procurement systems to ensure compliance and proper operation.

Qualifications
  • College graduate, preferably graduate of business, supply chain, engineering, and accountancyprograms
  • With at least one(1)yearof experience in procurement work and/or auditing
  • Have good oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable about using MS Office applications
  • Must have good interpersonal, presentation skills, and project management skills
Responsibilities Process Compliance Checking
  • ensure established and approved procurement policies and procedures are complied with
Policy and Process Development
  • including design, policy formulation, and process improvements through data gathering
Continuous Process Improvement
  • drive/support processes into automation and other special projects leading to the efficiency of procurement processes as a result of compliance checking and other internal initiatives
Document and Records Management
  • organize and control the development, codification, and implementation of procurement processes and systems
