JOB OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for auditing and reviewing the San Miguel Group’s procurement systems to ensure compliance and proper operation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • College graduate, preferably a graduate of business, supply chain, and engineering programs
  • At least one (1) year of experience in procurement work and/or auditing
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable about using MS Office applications
  • Good interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills

PROCESS COMPLIANCE CHECKING

  • Ensure established and approved procurement policies and procedures are complied with

POLICY AND PROCESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Design, policy formulation, and process improvements through data gathering

CONTINUOUS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

  • Drive/support processes into automation and other special projects leading to the efficiency of procurement processes as a result of compliance checking and other internal initiatives

DOCUMENT AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT

  • Organize and control the development, codification, and implementation of procurement processes and systems
