Sr. Support Associate (Imaging Associate - Quality Assurance) — Amazon Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines

Responsibilities
  • Execute daily image quality reviews following standard SOPs, while meeting productivity and quality goals.
  • Handle trouble tickets by investigating image-related issues and providing timely resolutions.
  • Identify issues and promptly communicate challenges to Team Leader or Managers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute to proposed initiatives through data-driven analysis.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with internal teams via emails or calls on job-related tasks, seeking guidance when necessary.
  • Serve as a mentor and/or trainer, actively supporting the development of team members.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in adhering to shift patterns as required by the business and the ability to work on weekends if the operational needs arise.
Basic Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in Ecommerce, Online Content Management, or Customer Support; proven experience in issue identification and resolution via ticketing systems, including quality monitoring and SOP compliance verification.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management or related discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to document issues clearly and interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive approach to identification and problem-solving.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and effectively convey questions to QA Specialists/Leads, ensuring root causes are addressed.
  • Flexible and able to work on multiple processes while meeting deadlines; comfortable with ambiguity and eager to learn new skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel; strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.

Work setup : The role is onsite in Pasay City, 5 days a week, with an 11:00 AM–8:00 PM shift.
