ABOUT THE ROLE The Sr. ServiceNow Developer will support ongoing ServiceNow continuous improvement projects for an enterprise. The successful candidate will adapt to client needs and support the implementation of the ServiceNow roadmap. The Sr. ServiceNow Developer will collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment and communicate effectively to gather requirements from external stakeholders while working with the team to build upon the existing ServiceNow foundation.RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you'll: Develop ServiceNow custom applications using a declarative app engine. Provide expert configuration of ServiceNow throughout the systems development lifecycle. Perform unit testing of implementations. Support development within an Agile framework. Engage in requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party contributors. Provide subject matter expertise for ServiceNow within the enterprise. Perform other duties related to the role as assigned. REQUIREMENTS On day one, you'll be expected to: Have 3+ years of IT service operations experience, including at least 1+ years as a ServiceNow Developer in a large company. Have 2+ years of relevant experience implementing ServiceNow solutions. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of creating compelling materials for technical and executive audiences. Be experienced with planning low code/no code solutions while minimizing customizations. Be experienced in planning and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, guiding developers or engineers, and providing analysis and recommendations. Be well-versed in designing and developing solutions with SaaS platforms like ServiceNow in an Agile environment. Have recent experience with private and public cloud concepts. Understand the software development life cycle (SDLC). Successfully led medium-to-large-scale service management initiatives or transformations. Demonstrate strong executive presence and strategic thinking skills. Be capable of evaluating operational metrics and communicating issues to leadership. Have a thorough understanding of system interdependencies and their business impact. Possess end-to-end infrastructure lifecycle experience, including servers, storage, data centers, databases, middleware, and web/application environments. Effectively prioritize and execute tasks under high-pressure conditions. Assess customer needs, approach solutions creatively, and influence decision-making. Translate technology and application lifecycles into business strategies. Experience working in multi-vendor development environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proven ability to lead through relationships, controls, and management in a service environment. Experience working with the ServiceNow platform for global clients. Have a fully functional, up-to-date computer for work. Willing to install next-generation endpoint protection. Reside in the Philippines and can work remotely from there. Willing to work US Pacific business hours (8am-5pm PST, corresponding to 12am-9am PH time, excluding DST).
