Overview Sr Supv, Air Ticketing Tariff Resolutions role at Royal Caribbean Group. The Ticketing & Tariff Resolutions Sr Supervisor analyzes, identifies, and actioning all tickets with potential financial recovery for global offices. The role identifies process gaps causing service failures and financial loss for immediate correction. Must be able to work within multiple global distribution systems and be a subject matter expert in front and back-office tools and processes. Serves as the main escalation point for front line issues with ticketing or pricing that require expertise in faring and communication/resolution with airline vendors. Provides support to back-office Ticketing & Tariff Agents as well as Analysts for Ticketing and Tariff GBO in a high-volume environment. Manages Back Office Operations by evaluating daily workload and guiding the team with work directives. Leads training sessions and daily meetings with Back Office L&D to ensure up-to-date content. Oversees special projects and supports Emergency Travel Team for a 24/7 operation. Ensures escalations have resolution while considering KPI. Reports to the Back Office Sr. Manager in Miami, FL, with on-site attendance in the Mexico City office and 5-7 direct reports. This is a 24/7 high-paced global operation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
