Description

FINN App is seeking a Creative Content Manager. We are looking for someone who understands the value of our company and our brand guidelines to creatively conceptualise new and engaging content. This person will have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to create content in various formats for different objectives.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Growth, this position works very closely with the performance marketing team and various freelance content creators.

Content management and content creation is your bread and butter. You will oversee the entire process of content creation end-to-end for the Philippines market.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and monitor content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube) including organic content and paid ads
  • Brief content creators and agencies on a weekly basis for new content
  • Coordinate and follow up with content creators for new content
  • Research and brainstorm ideas internally or individually
  • Monitor content performance and provide reports and updates
  • Monitor all social media channels and reply to comments in channels
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate on content for relevant content ideas and execution of campaigns and follow up on approvals processes

Requirements/Attributes:

  • 2 - 5 years in content management as either 1. Agency Traffic Manager 2. Content Manager 3. Social Media Marketer (will consider candidates with less experience but have strong and relevant content creation skills).
  • Strong knowledge of existing and emerging social platforms: Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Youtube etc.
  • Creative. You are an ideas person who can provide art direction, design, optimization and management of all social branding assets.
  • Have basic editing skills across different formats (video, still images). You have a strong understanding of the creative process behind creating banners and marketing material using, but not limited to, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro and Canva.
  • Follower of local trends; you are aware of what’s trending locally, are actively on social media and are able to adapt those trends to create the content in a timely manner.
  • Basic understanding of finance; have an interest in personal finance topics and interest in improving the financial wellbeing of our users through educational topics.
  • Tech savvy. Familiarity with content creation scheduling and planning tools such as Simplified, and Social Media Monitoring tools such as Sprout Social.
  • Team-player: You can work well across various functions to coordinate, collect feedback and get approvals as required for different kinds of content.
  • Language: Bilingual Tagalog & English speaking. Native Tagalog speakers only.
  • This role will also have the unlimited annual leave policy in line with FINN’s company policies as well as laptop and WFH equipment allowance (within budget).

Daily/reporting - 1 hour/day

Content planning - 1 hour/day

Ad hoc: - 1 hour/day
