Construction Project Manager (Office Fit-Out Projects) Makati City | Full-time | Onsite About the Role Radix HR is seeking a Construction Project Manager with a strong background in office interior and fit-out projects . This role is ideal for a Licensed Architect who thrives in both design coordination and on-site project execution, though Licensed Engineers with equivalent experience are welcome to apply. You'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing cost and schedule performance, and ensuring each project is delivered safely, on time, and aligned with client expectations. What You'll Do Oversee end-to-end project delivery , from planning and mobilization to closeout. Coordinate with design teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless execution. Monitor progress, budget utilization, and quality across multiple project phases. Conduct site inspections and enforce safety and workmanship standards . Anticipate and resolve on-site issues, risk factors, and scheduling conflicts. Prepare and present project updates, forecasts, and status reports to management. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management. Licensed Architect preferred; Licensed Engineer applicants are also encouraged. Professional licensure in Architecture or Engineering is required at the time of application. 5–7 years of experience managing office, corporate, or commercial fit-out projects. Minimum of 3-4 years of office fit-out project management experience is required. Candidates must have some specific fit-out project experience beyond general construction. Strong command of construction sequencing, procurement, and project control systems. Skilled communicator and proactive leader who can balance multiple stakeholders.
