Role Description: The Operations Enhancement Manager (Business Improvement Manager) is a full‑time, hybrid (on‑site and off‑site) role responsible for institutionalizing SME operational improvements and maintaining optimal business performance through data‑driven analysis and strategic insights. This role requires identifying market gaps and opportunities that can be leveraged by the Sales and Business Development Teams, taking into account the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and associated risks. Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and management of business intelligence frameworks and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision‑making. Conduct in‑depth analyses of business performance, identifying key factors influencing goal achievement and operational efficiency. Partner with business leaders to develop data‑driven strategies and measurable action plans to improve KPIs and overall performance. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, providing timely reports and insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement. Identify market trends, consumer behavior shifts, and merchant data patterns to uncover new business opportunities and strengthen market presence. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data through close collaboration with analysts, data engineers, and systems teams. Support the business head in strategic planning, project oversight, and performance tracking across departments. Establish clear frameworks for reviewing business scorecards, KPIs and KRAs to pinpoint performance gaps and drive improvement initiatives. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline. A master’s degree or equivalent experience in data analytics or business strategy is a plus. Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, operations, or strategy , ideally within financial services, retail, or fintech industries. Proven experience leading analytical teams and translating insights into high‑impact business outcomes. Strong command of analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, Python/R preferred). Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders. Strong business acumen with expertise in operational improvement, performance management, and data interpretation.
