Role Overview As the Software Development Manager , you will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team while also serving as a senior solutions architect for complex Web3 and AI ecosystems. You will guide the full development lifecycle—from discovery and technical design to implementation, QA, deployment, and ongoing optimization. You will play a pivotal role in: Designing scalable application architectures across web, blockchain, AI, and cloud. Leading developers to deliver high‑quality code and robust products. Interfacing with clients to translate requirements into technical plans. Innovating and integrating emerging technologies into TokenMinds’ solutions. This is a hybrid leadership + architecture + engineering oversight role critical to shaping the future of decentralized and intelligent systems. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and scale a cross‑functional engineering team (frontend, backend, blockchain, AI). Establish coding standards, architectural best practices, and review processes. Oversee sprint planning, task allocation, and full SDLC execution. Ensure timely delivery of milestones across multiple concurrent projects. Solution Architecture & Systems Design Architect end‑to‑end solutions incorporating: Web applications and modern frontend frameworks. Blockchain platforms (EVM, L2s, ZK systems, Solana, CosmWasm). AI components including LLMs, vector DBs, and RAG pipelines. API gateways, microservices, and cloud infrastructure. Produce system diagrams, data flow models, smart contract frameworks, and high‑level architecture documentation. Define scalability, reliability, and security requirements. Client Discovery, Strategy & Pre‑Sales Conduct technical workshops, requirement gathering, and feasibility assessments. Translate business objectives into detailed technical roadmaps and solution blueprints. Support business development with proposals, architecture presentations, and cost estimations. Software Engineering Oversight Guide hands‑on development across frontend, backend, smart contracts, and AI integrations. Ensure high code quality, maintainability, and long‑term scalability. Oversee integration of UI/UX, product flows, and security best practices. Validate smart contract logic, API reliability, and data integrity across systems. Quality, Security & Performance Implement code review processes, QA protocols, and performance optimization. Ensure robust security for Web3 systems (wallets, key management, smart contract audit considerations). Oversee secure AI deployments and compliance‑ready data flows (KYC, AML, privacy). R&D, Innovation & Continuous Improvement Stay ahead of industry trends (ZKP, tokenization, modular blockchains, agentic AI, verifiable compute). Evaluate new technologies and integrate them into TokenMinds’ internal frameworks. Lead experimentation, POCs, and advanced prototype builds. Documentation & Standards Maintain high‑quality documentation, including: PRDs, technical specs, architecture diagrams. Developer guidelines, code standards, deployment manuals. Ensure clarity and alignment across internal and client teams. Requirements Technical Expertise 8+ years in software engineering, with strong full‑stack capabilities. Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and multi‑layered technical projects. Deep experience with: Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue, Angular. Backend: Node.js, Python, Go, or similar. Databases: SQL & NoSQL. Cloud: AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong understanding of blockchain technologies: Smart contracts (Solidity, Rust preferred). Token standards, consensus models, L1/L2 ecosystems, ZK rollups. Practical knowledge of AI systems: LLM integrations, vector DBs, inference pipelines, agent frameworks. Architecture & Management Skills Experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and scalable infrastructures. Ability to convert complex business requirements into actionable system architectures. Excellent communication, client interfacing, and stakeholder management. Bonus Skills Experience with tokenization, RWA platforms, enterprise blockchain, or AI‑powered automation. Understanding of compliance frameworks (KYC, AML, GDPR, SOC2‑level best practices).
