Overview

Assists the Project Lead/Manager in monitoring project plans, timelines and costs; coordinates project management activities with internal resources and third-party vendors; assists in the creation and maintenance of project documentation and reports; provides logistics and administrative support as needed; drives third-party vendors to achieve targets; supports in queries and clarifications on technical aspects regarding projects and prepares reports and other site documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Assists the Project Lead/Manager in monitoring project plans, timelines and costs.
  • Coordinates project management activities with internal resources and third-party vendors.
  • Assists in the creation and maintenance of project documentation and reports.
  • Provides logistics and administrative support as needed.
  • Drives third-party vendors to achieve targets.
  • Supports third-party vendors with queries and clarifications on technical aspects regarding projects; prepares reports and other site documentation.
  • Assists third-party vendors with site issues and provides resolutions in compliance with Client Standards.
  • Updates site status in Kanban daily with minimal errors.
  • ADHOC: Handles related BAU tasks as required by the Project Lead/Team Lead.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in engineering or Telecommunications.
  • Graduate in the field of Telecommunications.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator in the Telecom industry.
  • Willing to extend office hours/overtime.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel and basic office software.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledgeable in all domains in Telecommunications, such as Civil Works, Power, Telecom Works, RF, is desirable.
