Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Biñan. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries. This role includes preparing financial statements, monitoring internal controls, and coordinating budget preparation. Additional tasks will include reconciling account balances, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures. The Senior Accountant will also work closely with the management team to ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
  • Proficiency in financial statement preparation and month-end close procedures
  • Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
