Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM Manila Time)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in L&D, training, or talent development.
  • Experience with instructional design, e-learning tools, and learning platforms.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to juggle a high volume of concurrent activities and work to deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Working in a BPO industry is an advantage.

What will you do?

  • Assess learning and development needs across the organization through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
  • Design and develop engaging training programs, workshops, and learning materials (e.g., onboarding, leadership, soft skills, compliance).
  • Coordinate and facilitate in-house and virtual training sessions.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes.
  • Partner with external training vendors and manage learning platforms or LMS.
  • Support career development initiatives and individual learning plans.
  • Drive learning culture by promoting continuous learning and internal knowledge-sharing.
  • Maintain records of training programs, attendance, and certifications.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and integrate modern learning practices (e.g., microlearning, e-learning).
  • Oversee the onboarding process and administration, ensuring a seamless and welcoming transition for new hires.
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs that familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and expectations.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure new hires have access to tools, resources, and training for success.
  • Another assigned task, as necessary.
