About the role We are seeking driven and multi-lingual Customer Service Specialists to join our expanding team at Wise Sea IT Consulting Solution OPC'. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City Metro Manila. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our diverse client base, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking customers. What you'll be doing Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer needs Escalate complex queries to the appropriate teams and ensure a smooth resolution process Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your skills Contribute to the development of internal knowledge resources and customer support materials Consistently achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, call handling and first contact resolution What we're looking for Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, ideally with exposure to the IT/technology industry Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer concerns Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences and a genuine desire to help others Proficiency in using relevant software and technology to effectively perform your duties What we offer At Wise Sea IT Consulting Solution OPC', we are committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that enables our employees to thrive.
