Unlimited Coffee & Water – Keep refreshed and energized throughout the day. 2 days weekly rest for a better work-life balance Job Overview The Lead Control Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and commissioning control systems for large-scale mining and mineral processing facilities. This role requires extensive experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLCs and Plant SCADA (Citect) , strong analytical ability, and the leadership skills to mentor junior engineers. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and commission PLC and SCADA systems for mineral processing plants (e.g., SAG mills, flotation circuits, leach circuits, conveyors, crushers). Develop, modify, and test PLC code in Studio 5000 / RSLogix 5000 / Logix 5000 . Configure and troubleshoot CompactLogix , ControlLogix , PanelView , and related Rockwell hardware . Create and modify Plant SCADA (Citect) graphics, control logic, alarms, and historical data integration. Perform FAT/SAT , loop checks, and test plans for commissioning and project delivery. Collaborate with operations, construction, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Mentor junior engineers and ensure design quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Control Systems, Instrumentation, Mechatronics , or a related engineering field. 8-12 years of experience in control systems engineering within the mining or mineral processing industry. Proven expertise in Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLCs and Plant SCADA (Citect) development. Strong understanding of PID tuning , multivariable control , and process optimization . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
