Responsibilities

  1. Answering, managing, and optimizing social media accounts.
  2. Analyzing and tracking online marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance.
  3. Communicating with clients and affiliate partners for advertisement campaigns.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends and keywords, conduct surveys, and monitor subscriber counts.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Updating databases and spreadsheets.
  6. Creation of all marketing materials (tarpaulins, brochures, video, creatives, etc.).
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
  • Prior experience in both traditional and digital marketing is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools is essential
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary for effective collaboration with team members and clients
  • The ability to network and build relationships with clients, affiliate partners, and media professionals is essential for successful digital marketing campaigns
  • The ability to work long and flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, is often required
  • A creative mindset is beneficial for developing engaging content and marketing strategies
  • The ability to adapt to new technologies and market trends is crucial for staying ahead in the digital marketing landscape
  • A meticulous approach to work is necessary for managing online listings, e-communications, and social media accounts
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
