Location: Malabon (HQ) - HR Records and Recruitment staff Role Description HR Records and Recruitment staff is responsinble for maintaning accurate employee records and ensuring an efficient recruitment process. The role supports HR operations by managing personnel files, processing employee documentation and assisting in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboading new hires. This position helps ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations while contributing to a smooth employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: as HR Records Maintain and update employee 201 files contracts, memos, and other HR Document Ensure confidentiality , accuracy and proper organization of all employee records update HRMS or employee database as needed Track employee movement such as hiring, transfers , promotions and resignation Prepare HR Reports like headcount, turnover, and compliance manage govt related documents and ensure timely submission Key Responsibilities: as HR Recruitment Provide job postings and coordinate recruitment activities Screen and shortlist applicants based on job application Conduct initial interviews and assessments Arrange interviews with hiring managers and provide updates to candidates Assist in background checks, employment verification and reference checks Prepare Job Offers , contracts and onboarding documents Support the onboarding process, ensuring all pre0employement requirements are met Employee Onboarding and offboarding Facilitate employee orientation and ensure smooth transition into the company Coordinate inssuance of ID's access, and onboarding materials Handles documentation for separated employees. HR Administrative Support Assist in implementing HR policies procedures and programs Provides support during HR activities such as training sessions employee engagement programs and meetings Respond to employee inquiries related to HR documentation and recruitment Support payroll by ensuring attendance and related records are complete Qualifications: Bachelor's Degreein HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field. Experience in HR Recruitment is a advantage but not required (for entry level role) Strong organizational skills and attention to detailes Knowledge on standard HR practices Good communication and Interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR Tools Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity
