You will work with sensitive data to provide significant contributions to study design and data analysis, ensuring alignment with research objectives. In this role, you will analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends that address real-world problems, ultimately generating insights that inform and shape the industry.****Key Responsibilities:***** As a Wellness BIA, you will support the Wellness and Operations teams by transforming sensitive data into actionable insights that drive engagement and well-being across the organization. You’ll work closely with behavioral scientists, data engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop research studies, automate processes, and deliver impactful reporting.* You will collaborate with behavioral scientists to support wellness research aligned with ethical and data privacy standards. Your work will involve developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and impact. You will also build internal tools and automation flows using PowerApps and Power Automate to streamline wellness operations.* Additionally, you will process and manage data from sources such as SQL databases, Excel, Redshift, and APIs, ensuring high data quality and consistency. Your role covers the full reporting pipeline from data validation to visualization with a strong focus on sensitive wellness data. This position involves regular collaboration with teams across regions. While the role follows standard working hours, occasional flexibility may be needed to support global initiatives.****Required Qualifications:***** At least 2 years hands-on experience in Power BI or other foundational Power BI applications such as Power Pivot. Same length of experience in Tableau, Qlikview, Business Objects can be considered.* At least 2 years of exposure to ETL, databases / data warehouse that relates to developing reports using Power BI.* Programming background preferably in SQL, Python, R.* Strong understanding of M-Query, DAX (Data Analysis Expression).* Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the 'bigger picture'.* Proficiency in exploratory data analysis and data visualization.****Education / Certifications:***** Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or any related course.****Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel:***** TaskUs PH Metro Site* Full-time Work From Home (Onsite only as needed)****How We Partner To Protect You:**** TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
