Your mission is to build and own the BI infrastructure that underpins our financial planning and analysis. You will move beyond simple data extraction to become a true "bilingual" expert—fluent in the language of finance and the language of data—transforming raw numbers into strategic narratives that guide our company's growth and profitability.Your Impact & What You'll Do You will be the architect of financial intelligence, building the tools and providing the insights that make our entire organization smarter.Translate Business Questions into Data-Driven Answers: Partner directly with finance leaders to deeply understand their challenges. You'll go beyond the surface-level request to define the underlying requirements and architect the data solutions that provide real answers.Craft the Narrative with Data: Design, build, and maintain the essential dashboards and reports that serve as the single source of truth for our financial performance. Using your expertise in SQL and data visualization, you'll create intuitive tools that tell a clear story and track our most critical SaaS metrics.Build a More Intelligent & Automated Finance Function: You’ll be a force for efficiency, analyzing workflows to identify and eliminate repetitive tasks. Your work in automation and process standardization will free up our Finance team to focus on high-impact strategic work.Be the Guardian of Data Integrity: Establish a foundation of trust in our financial data by developing clear documentation, definitions, and best practices that ensure consistency and accuracy across the board. We believe the right person for this role will identify with the following:You Have a Proven Track Record: With 5+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data, or Financial Analyst role, you’ve demonstrated your ability to drive business outcomes through data.You're a Master of the Data Toolkit: You have advanced proficiency in SQL/MySQL and Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables) , and you bring a strong portfolio of experience building impactful visualizations in modern BI tools.You Understand the 'Why' Behind the Numbers: Your experience with customer, operational, and financial data is rooted in a deep understanding of SaaS business models and metrics.
