As a Delivery Lead , you’ll be the glue between teams, aligning developers, product owners, and business units to ensure every sprint ships with quality and purpose. You’ll also play a hands-on role in testing, reviewing outcomes, and keeping our tech stack tight and compliant.

About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team player who can drive projects forward while keeping quality high. From QA testing to project tracking and stakeholder communication, you’ll play a central role in making sure things get delivered, on time, and to standard.
Note: At Blueberry, moving with purpose means showing up, connecting, and building momentum together. This role is based onsite in Taguig, Manila, Monday to Friday, where the real magic happens.
How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Coordinate and track technology projects using tools like JIRA
  • Liaise between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clear communication
  • Conduct QA testing to ensure reliability and accuracy of software deliverables
  • Identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum
  • Stay adaptable in fast-changing environments and scope shifts
  • Uphold documentation, process compliance, and regulatory standards
  • Support continuous improvement by contributing feedback and insights

Skills and Experiences:
Who We’re Hoping To Find
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in QA, project coordination, or tech delivery
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable navigating IT systems and digital tools
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project management platforms is a plus
  • Tertiary qualification in Technology, Business, or a related field

Bonus Points For
  • Knowledge of programming or financial trading
  • Familiarity with Agile practices
  • Experience working in regulated environments
