Job Details Work from homeMonday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM *Flexible to an extent*Following Philippine Holidays Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable insights and documentation. Evaluate existing systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are clearly understood and achieved. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and ensure stakeholder needs are accurately captured. Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making and performance optimization. Continuously assess opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation of better practices. Support project delivery through coordination, tracking, and effective communication across teams. Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fast-paced or dynamic environments. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to approach challenges with logic and creativity. Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas for diverse stakeholders. Adept at documentation, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions. Proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to understand the why behind every process.
