Support Total Rewards operations including payroll, benefits, wellness, and recognition programs at Capital One in Alabang. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Assist and manage day-to-day operations in Total Rewards within Human Resources Support overall Total Rewards strategy Create and process Payroll Credit Requests (PCRFs) for site awards and validate/approve site PCRFs for various rewards Monitor R&R bi-weekly PCRF reminders, track submissions, and provide data requests Collaborate with HR Business Partners for job description audits and updates in Workday Support webinar events including program flow, deck preparation, hosting, and question synthesis Monitor and update Wellness Programs Tracker and prepare monthly reports for the Safety and Health Committee Assist in annual report preparation Process service awards validation, printing letters, procurement intake, email notifications, and plaque coordination Validate and prepare nominations for Alabang Applause and ROLE awards, consolidating final winner lists Collaborate with Communications Team for COTG events and celebrations Process PR/PO/RFP and accrual submissions Manage Total Rewards merchandise inventory and coordinate meetings Prepare site-wide communications drafts and conduct periodic market scanning Support LWI preparations, PTO and L&D course requests, procurement intake, and purchase orders Represent Total Rewards in Refreshers, ICON, and other activities Perform other assigned tasks as needed About You The company is looking for: Preferably a college degree holder At least 6 months of related Total Rewards experience Proficiency in Excel Strong time management skills Results-focused and detail-oriented approach Strong collaboration and customer orientation for both internal and external customers Flexibility in handling various assigned tasks Amenable to working a mid-shift schedule Amenable to working in Alabang How to Apply If you require accommodation during the application process, contact Capital One Recruiting at or via email at For technical support or questions about the recruiting process, email This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible Report this job #J-18808-Ljbffr
