Job Description- Responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan
- Executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met, and that the solution works as expected
- Test functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with other legacy and/or external systems
- Manage defect life cycle from defect creation to resolution by Application Development, followed by retest and closure by the Test team
- Conduct defect triaging, agree on defect priority and ownership, and provide daily reporting on defect status
- Perform instructions based on test scripts, including date, duration, and balances
- Perform outgoing and incoming calls from GHP/TM, ABS-CBN, and other networks to test network stability
- Provide daily defect status reports
- Perform dial testing on prepaid and postpaid scenarios
- Bachelor\'s degree holder in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in software testing
- With strong knowledge in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), BI, GUI, AGILE, WATERFALL, and Toad is an advantage.
- Has proven experience leading test teams.
