We are looking for a Salesforce Analyst to join our Salesforce Practice Team in Manila, Philippines. The Salesforce Analyst is an exciting position where you will work closely with the cross-functional team to design and implement best-in-class solutions using Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to design and develop solutions on the Force.com platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Build and maintain test classes and code coverage for all development
• Research, follow up, and resolve complex challenges faced by the team
• Able to present findings and recommendations either to the internal cross-functional team or to the client
• Assist the practice leads in the evolution and refinement of delivery methodologies and best practices

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Salesforce.com application development (Developers with only admin experience are not suitable for this role)
• Experience as a developer in Salesforce environment including (ideally in projects from scratch to go live)
• Able to contribute to work both as an individual contributor and as a team member
• Previous exposure of developing apps, deploying apps, issues and limitations with the Force.com platform, Salesforce governor limits, and how to address them is a plus
• Experience working on an Agile-based cross-functional project team
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills in a rapidly changing environment
