About the Role:

The Salesforce Data Governance Analyst will report to the Shared Services Manager and collaborate closely with the Salesforce, Business Development, and Account Management teams to support commercial activities across global opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Salesforce governance, ensuring the consistency, accuracy, and compliance of Salesforce entries. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly and manage stakeholders effectively are required.

Salesforce Management:
  • Oversee and manage Salesforce dashboards, ensuring alignment with company KPIs and compliance standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support queries, providing timely resolutions and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Support the Business Development and Account Management teams by ensuring all Salesforce opportunities are current and accurately reflect ongoing activities.
  • Proactively improve established processes, using automation where possible.
  • Work with Salesforce administrators and developers to configure and customize the platform to meet business needs while adhering to governance standards.
Stakeholder Support:
  • Provide comprehensive support to Account Directors, Account Managers, and the Business Development team across all Planit accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the smooth execution of sales processes and initiatives.
  • Conduct training sessions and create training materials to educate users on Salesforce best practices and governance policies.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to Salesforce users to enhance their proficiency and adherence to governance standards.
Governance and Compliance:
  • Maintain client documentation in accordance with Planit's document policies, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Ensure all sales-related activities and entries adhere to established governance and compliance standards.
  • Create dashboards, reporting, and oversight on Salesforce governance activities.
  • Implement data cleansing processes to maintain high data quality standards.
