Our expertise in BPO allows us to handle campaigns for brands across the United States, delivering exceptional results and driving growth for our clients.The RoleYou Will Be Responsible ForProactively identify and engage with potential clients interested in cash or personal loan products through various channels (e.g., inbound leads, outbound calls, digital outreach). Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions. Clearly and persuasively explain loan products, terms, and conditions to prospective borrowers. Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation. Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and actively follow up to close sales and achieve monthly targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the personal loan industry. Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., credit assessment, operations) to ensure smooth loan processing. Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. Ideal ProfileProven experience in sales, preferably in financial services, loans, or a target-driven sales environment. Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Experience with cash loans, personal loans, or other consumer lending products is a significant advantage. Knowledgeable in using computer and navigating different applications/software. Stable internet connection, a quiet home office environment, and a reliable computer/headset setup.
