The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients interested in cash or personal loan products through various channels (e.g., inbound leads, outbound calls, digital outreach).
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Clearly and persuasively explain loan products, terms, and conditions to prospective borrowers.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and actively follow up to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the personal loan industry.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., credit assessment, operations) to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services, loans, or a target-driven sales environment.
- Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience with cash loans, personal loans, or other consumer lending products is a significant advantage.
- Knowledgeable in using computer and navigating different applications/software.
- Stable internet connection, a quiet home office environment, and a reliable computer/headset setup.
- Money-Driven & Commission-Motivated: A strong desire to earn high commissions and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a performance-based environment.
- Sales Acumen: Excellent persuasive communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Passion for Sales: Genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
- Self-Starter & Independent: Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work effectively and productively in a remote, unsupervised setting.
- Exceptional Communication: Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-Focused: A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, virtual communication tools, and other digital platforms.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection, learn from setbacks, and maintain a positive attitude.
