Position: People and Partnerships Operations Manager (OM)

Location: 1880 Eastwood Ave, Eastwood City Cyberpark E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave., Bagumbayan, Quezon City

Work setup & shift: Hybrid/Flexible work setup | Dayshift

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
  • Help oversee the day to day running of the projects assigned to you
  • Help manage a group of operations supervisors who are in charge of the day-to-day operations
  • Help develop the team and ensure best practices are kept up
  • Resolve problems that may arise and deal with all staff issues
  • Attend and assist the Head of Operations in client meetings
  • Create and develop training programs for the employees and the supervisors to help ensure client and employee satisfaction
  • Create and develop strategies that will help ensure and increase client satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate with the other department regarding the client’s question, request, etc.
  • This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as discussed with your immediate supervisor to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Education And/or Work Experience Requirements
  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, graduate studies will be an advantage
  • At least 1 year experience as Operations Manager (for VP, as VP or part of an executive team)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Willing and able to cover other shifts
  • Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected
  • Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues
  • Ability to work independently
